2. Order Cancellation

a) Before being shipped

You can request a cancellation of your order before it is shipped by sending an email to seorya.tr@gmail.com . Refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days via the same payment method you used.

b) After being shipped

If the product has been shipped, the cancellation request will be evaluated within the scope of the return procedure. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product (see Article 3 ).

3. Product Return (Right of Withdrawal)

Under distance selling regulations, you can return the product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.
  • It must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • It must be sent along with the invoice/order number.

Note: For hygiene and personal care products, returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened.

4. Non-returnable Products

  • Cosmetic products that have been opened, used, or are unsuitable for resale due to hygienic reasons,
  • Products with user-caused damage/deformation,
  • Products that have been mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

5. Return Process

  1. Please submit your return request in writing to seorya.tr@gmail.com .
  2. Prepare the product according to the return address and shipping instructions provided in the confirmation email.
  3. Send the product in its original packaging and with the invoice via our contracted shipping company.
  4. The return process will begin once the product has been inspected and approved.
  5. After approval, your refund will be processed within 3-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

6. Refund

  • Credit card payments will be refunded to the same card.
  • Bank transfer/EFT payments are refunded to the IBAN from which the transfer was made.
  • Shipping costs will only be covered by Seorya if the product is shipped defective/faulty.

7. Defective or Faulty Products

If you discover any physical damage or manufacturing defect, please report it via email within 24 hours of delivery . A free replacement or refund will be provided after inspection.

8. Change Policy

Requests for color/variation changes of the same model are subject to stock availability and return conditions apply.
