2. Order Cancellation

a) Before Shipping

You can request a cancellation before your order ships by emailing seorya.tr@gmail.com . Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days using the same payment method.

b) After Shipping

If the product has been shipped, the cancellation request will be considered as part of the return procedure. You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product (see Article 3 ).

3. Product Return (Right of Withdrawal)

Within the scope of distance selling, you can return the product within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason.

  • The product must be in its original packaging, complete and undamaged.
  • Must be unused and in resalable condition.
  • Must be sent with invoice/order number.

Note: Returns for products in the hygiene and personal care category are only accepted if the packaging is unopened.

4. Non-Returnable Products

  • Cosmetic products that have been opened, used or are not suitable for resale due to hygienic reasons,
  • Products with user-induced damage/deformation,
  • Products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated.

5. Return Process

  1. Please submit your return request in writing to seorya.tr@gmail.com .
  2. Prepare the product according to the return address and shipping instructions provided in the confirmation email.
  3. Send the product in its original packaging and invoice via the contracted cargo company.
  4. Once approval is given after product inspection, the return process is initiated.
  5. After approval, your refund will be made within 3–10 business days depending on the payment method.

6. Refund

  • Credit card payments are refunded to the same card.
  • Wire transfer/EFT payments are refunded to the IBAN used to send the money.
  • Shipping costs are covered by Seorya only if the product is shipped defective/wrong.

7. Defective or Faulty Products

If you discover any physical damage or manufacturing defects, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery . A free exchange or refund will be provided upon inspection.

8. Change Policy

Colour/variant change requests for the same model are made based on stock availability and return conditions apply.
