Membership Agreement

1. Parties

This membership agreement is between the operator of the website www.seorya.com (“ Site ”). It has been concluded between TN International (Seorya) and the internet user who is a member of the site (“ Member ”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the conditions regarding the Member's use of the services provided through the Site and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Conditions

• The member undertakes that the information in the registration form is accurate and up-to-date.
• Each member can only create one account; accounts will be suspended if multiple or fake accounts are detected.
• Membership is valid for persons over 18 years of age.

4. Member's Rights and Obligations

• The member agrees to use the site in accordance with all applicable legislation and moral principles.
• The member is responsible for the confidentiality of his/her username and password.
• The Member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Seorya; the responsibility arising from providing incorrect information belongs to the Member.

5. Seorya's Rights and Obligations

• Seorya may temporarily suspend or delete user accounts to ensure the security of the system.
• Although Seorya ensures the continuity of the services, it is not responsible for any interruption of the service due to technical reasons.
• If the Member's activities are determined to be illegal, membership may be terminated.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Seorya brand, logo, design, software and site content are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Members cannot copy, reproduce or use these elements for commercial purposes without the written permission of Seorya.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data of the Member, KVKK Information Text and It is processed within the framework of the Privacy Policy .

8. Termination of Membership

• Members may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation requests can be sent by email to seorya.tr@gmail.com .
• Seorya reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any violation of membership terms is detected.

9. Limitations of Liability

Seorya cannot be held responsible for any damages arising from technical disruptions caused by the internet infrastructure or third-party systems.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish law applies to the implementation of this agreement. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.

11. Entry into Force

By completing the registration process, the Member declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the provisions of this agreement.
