These are the membership terms, user rights, and obligations that apply when using the Seorya website and services.

1. Parties

This membership agreement is between the operator of the website with the domain name www.seorya.com (“ Site ”). This agreement is made between TN International (Seorya) and the internet user who registers on the site (“ Member ”).

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the terms and conditions under which the Member may utilize the services provided through the Site, as well as the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

3. Membership Terms

  • The member warrants that the information provided on the registration form is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Each member can only create one account; multiple or fake accounts will be suspended if detected.
  • Membership is valid for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.

4. Member's Rights and Obligations

  • The member agrees to use the site in accordance with all applicable laws and ethical standards.
  • Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
  • The member is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to Seorya; the member is liable for any inaccurate information provided.

5. Seorya's Rights and Obligations

  • Seorya may temporarily suspend or delete user accounts to ensure system security.
  • Seorya is responsible for ensuring the continuity of services but is not liable for service interruptions due to technical reasons.
  • Membership may be terminated if it is determined that the member's activities are illegal.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Seorya brand, logo, design, software, and site content are protected under the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works. Members may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use these materials without Seorya's written permission.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. Termination of Membership

  • Members can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation requests can be sent to info@seorya.com .
  • Seorya reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if any behavior found to be in violation of the membership terms.

Seorya cannot be held responsible for technical malfunctions arising from internet infrastructure or damages resulting from third-party systems.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Turkish law shall apply to the implementation of this agreement. The Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction over any disputes between the parties.

11. Entry into force

By completing the registration process, the member declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
