TN International (Seorya) processes the personal data of users in Türkiye in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation.

2. Categories of Personal Data Processed

Special categories of personal data (health data, etc.) are not requested or processed by Seorya. We kindly ask you not to share such data voluntarily.

• Receiving orders, making payments and ensuring delivery,
• Carrying out customer support, return/cancellation and warranty processes,
• Managing account and membership transactions, preventing fraud and ensuring security,
• Measuring website performance, improving user experience,
• Campaign and marketing communications, if there is explicit consent,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations and official requests.

4. Legal Reasons and Collection Methods

• It is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract,
• Fulfillment of legal obligations,
• It is necessary for the establishment, use or protection of a right,
• Data processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (provided that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms),
• You have explicit consent (e.g., commercial electronic message permissions).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be shared with the following recipient groups for the purposes covered by the information and by taking the necessary security measures:

• Cargo and logistics service providers,
• Payment institutions/banks (payment transactions),
• IT/infrastructure suppliers (hosting, email, analytics),
• Legal advisors and relevant official authorities when necessary.

When transfers abroad are necessary, appropriate protection and transfer conditions are provided under Article 9 of the KVKK (adequacy decision, undertakings, or explicit consent). Seorya's main systems/suppliers may be located abroad.

6. Storage Periods and Security

• Data is stored for the purposes of processing and for the periods stipulated in the relevant legislation.
• Once the period is over, the data is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
• Technical and administrative measures: access control, encryption, network security, logging, backup, supplier contracts.

7. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Art. 11)

You have the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data is being processed,
• Requesting information about it if it has been processed,
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Knowing the third parties to whom the data is transferred, both domestically and abroad,
• Request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• Request deletion/destruction within the framework of KVKK and relevant legislation,
• Requesting notification to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• To object to a result that is against you as a result of analysis by automated systems,
• To demand compensation in case you suffer damage.

You can send us your requests within the scope of KVKK with a petition in accordance with the “KVKK Data Owner Application Form” format or via the e-mail address below.

Applications are finalized within 30 days , in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the relevant Communiqué. Additional information/documents may be requested to verify your identity.

Fee: Responses are, as a rule, free of charge; however, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.
