TN International (Seorya) processes the personal data of users located in Türkiye in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and relevant legislation.

5. Transfer of Personal Data

In accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), your personal data may be shared with the following recipient groups for the purposes outlined in the disclosure document and with the necessary security measures in place:

• IT/infrastructure providers (hosting, email, analytics),

• Once the time period is over, the data is securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
• Technical and administrative measures: access control, encryption, network security, logging, backup, supplier contracts.

7. Data Subject Rights (KVKK Article 11)

You have the following rights:

• To find out whether your personal data is being processed,
• If it has been processed, request information about it.
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether the materials are being used for their intended purpose.
• Knowing the third parties to whom it is transferred, domestically or internationally.
• Requesting corrections if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• Requesting deletion/destruction within the framework of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and related legislation.
• Requesting notification to third parties to whom it has been transferred,
• You can object to an unfavorable outcome resulting from analysis by automated systems.
• Claim compensation for damages if you suffer any harm.

You can submit your requests under the KVKK (Personal Data Protection Law) to us via a petition in accordance with the "KVKK Data Subject Application Form" format or through the email address below.

Applications will be processed within a maximum of 30 days in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the relevant Communiqué. Additional information/documents may be requested to verify your identity.

Fees: Answers are generally free of charge; however, if the process requires additional costs, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.
