Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

This contract has been established electronically between TN International (“ Seller ”) and the person purchasing the products on www.seorya.com (“ Buyer ”), in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation.

2. Definitions

• Buyer: The natural or legal person who orders the product or service.
• Seller: TN International (Seorya).
• Product: All kinds of cosmetics and personal care products offered for sale on the Seorya website.
• Contract: This distance sales contract approved by the parties electronically.

Topic 3

The subject of this contract is to determine the procedures and principles regarding the sale and delivery of the product ordered electronically by the Buyer from Seorya's website www.seorya.com.

4. Product Information

The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read and electronically approved the preliminary information containing the basic characteristics of the products, sales price, payment and delivery conditions before confirming his/her order.

5. Delivery

• The product will be shipped within 1–5 business days depending on stock status.
• Delivery is made to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form.
• The shipping cost is specified at the ordering stage; otherwise, it is covered by the Seller.

6. Payment Terms

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, or money order/EFT. The order will not be processed until payment is completed.

7. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer has the right of withdrawal without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. However, for personal care and cosmetic products, only returns of unopened products are accepted for hygiene reasons.

8. Return Procedure

• The return request must be submitted in writing to seorya.tr@gmail.com .
• The product must be returned complete and unused in its original packaging.
• Once the return is approved, the refund will be made within 3–10 business days.

9. Warranty and Liability

If the delivered product is defective, the seller will carry out the product exchange or return in accordance with the legislation.

10. Confidentiality

Buyer's personal data, Privacy Policy and It is protected and processed within the scope of the KVKK Information Text .

11. Force Majeure

Events beyond the control of the parties, such as natural disasters, war, fire, transportation obstacles, are considered force majeure. In these cases, the parties are temporarily exempted from their obligations.

12. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorized in the implementation of this agreement. Buyer can apply according to the order amount.

13. Entry into Force

By confirming the order, the Buyer declares that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement. The contract comes into force at the time of electronic confirmation.
